With over 3,000 projects completed, from local land use plans to international infrastructure initiatives, we combine scientific expertise with strategic insight to guide projects through complex environmental and regulatory landscapes.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROFESSIONAL

We’re currently seeking a skilled and motivated Environmental Professional with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of natural resource, permitting, and planning projects while being part of a firm that values innovation, integrity, and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct wetland delineations, habitat and natural resource assessments, and site investigations
  • Manage client relationships and coordinate with agencies and project teams
  • Draft and review technical reports and supporting documentation
  • Prepare detailed and accurate permit applications at the local, state, and federal levels, including: NJDEP Wetlands, Flood Hazard Area, CAFRA, Waterfront Development; S. Army Corps of Engineers and NEPA (EIS/EA) submissions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science, ecology, biology, or related discipline
  • 3–5 years of experience in environmental consulting or a related field
  • Proficiency in New Jersey and federal environmental regulations and permitting
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage tasks independently while working collaboratively with the team
