GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Each project is under direct management of a principal of the firm - the Project Manager. Project scope, technical content and quality assurance are maintained by the Project Manager. Qualified in-house technical staff are selected by the Project Manager to assure the best, cost-effective service.

Often complex and large projects require expertise outside our firm's realm of service. The Lomax Consulting Group, an independent consulting firm, has professional relationships with numerous, reliable and accomplished firms. We can assemble a team of specialists best suited to meet our client's specific project requirements.

The Lomax Consulting Group often serves as Development Team Manager/Coordinator on behalf of the client for more complex and sophisticated permit approval processes and projects. The Development Team Coordinator role entails: definition of scope, team member selection, work assignment coordination and team meetings management, project document quality assurance, project status/tracking with agencies and team members, compilation of project permit approval file for bid and construction management phases, and technical permit approvals advisory guidance to the construction manager.
